Mental Health Resources By Identity
One simple thing we want to do is create, maintain, and spread this resource hub. We scoured the internet putting together the best resources on mental health. They included crisis and support numbers and groups, therapist databases, facts and info, organizations that help, anything you might need to take care of yourself. These resources are categorized here by identity and more: music/creatives and mental health, female, LGBT+ (broken down by letter), BIPOC (broken down by letter), and so on.
Our own peer support text number is 510 722 0620 and our community Discord group can be found here.
Check back for our own academically created resources and therapist networks, coming to your state soon.
